Officers on patrol observed two vehicles parked in the Access 5 parking lot after the official 12am closing time. One vehicle was occupied with four subjects inside. Upon making contact with the subjects a large amount of white powder (cocaine) was seen covering a cell phone that the front passenger dropped on the side floorboard. Another deputy noticed the rear passenger using his hand to conceal something. Since illegal narcotics were seen in plain view the occupants were asked to step out of the vehicle. Upon the opening of a rear door deputies immediately observed a small square (appearing to be LSD) with a rainbow coloring design on the top half. There was also a clear plastic bag containing another small square on the floor. Both men were detained and placed in handcuffs. A field test was administered which had positive results for LSD. The white powder tested positive for cocaine. Both men were arrested on drug charges.
