Julie Weaver of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Kraig Burzlaff of Andover, Massachusetts exchanged vows surrounded by family and close friends, at an intimate wedding ceremony held on the amazing Siesta Key shoreline behind Palm Bay Club.
Glistening Florida waters have been a running theme for this couple. They first met when a mutual friend invited them to join him and his group of friends for a day of boating. Although there was a mixture of singles and couples, everyone assumed they were a couple. On another date they shared that all-important first kiss overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in front of a sand dune on Clearwater Beach.
Julie and Kraig realized early on that this was going to develop into a lifetime commitment and relationship.
The love connection was instant for Kraig. “I stopped to see a mutual friend and Julie was there. She was looking through a newspaper and when she put the page down to say hello, I knew.” Julie related, “Not long after we started dating, Kraig offered unconditional support through the loss of a family member. His compassion and care wowed me.”
Siesta Key is Julie and Kraig’s favorite place and they visit as often as possible. “It’s a little piece of heaven on earth,” Julie said, “It’s like being on a little tropical island; we both are completely relaxed as soon as we cross the Stickney Point Bridge.”
The following vendors provided everything in Julie and Kraig’s beach wedding package.
